The natural colors of the Côte d’Azur turned Vyacheslav and Victoria’s wedding into an elegant painting.
The celebration took place in the 16th century castle Chateau de Robiniere, near the village of Contignac, recognized as la plus charmante in Provence. There is no second of its kind to be found in the area. We put its image in abundant greenery on the invitations for guests. The choice of landscape gave away the couple’s fine taste and desire to create something fabulous.
Guests were seated in front of the main facade with its unique pointed towers and savored the anticipation. A welcome buffet was organized in front of the château. Nature itself with its scenery and architectural details of the chateau became a beautiful natural photo zone. The guests socialized, tasted French oysters and enjoyed local wine. With its design, the party blended into the landscape with subtle details, emphasizing the local beauty and architecture of the chateau.
The unspoiled countryside and glamorous lifestyle of Côte Dazur lends itself to forgetting the hustle and bustle of metropolitan infrastructures. Contignac bustles with fountains and waterfalls, surprises with fresh greenery and understated architecture. Mint and turquoise, peach hues and white flowers have been used to respectfully continue the centuries-old landscape composition.
After the ceremony against the Provencal backdrop, the festivities continued in the inner courtyard, which was initially hidden from the guests’ eyes. To get there, one had to pass through the amazing inner gallery of the chateau. A single table for guests, an incredible lounge area, a cheese table with French delicacies, floral arrangements, candles and warm retro garlands helped to set the mood for a family atmosphere.
The charm of the chosen locale lent a special value to the chamberiness of the candlelit holiday dinner, under colorful lighting. The surrounding area of Provence was favored by royalty for its olive groves, vineyards and stone shrines that still attract thousands of pilgrims today.
When night fell, the walls of the château were painted with colorful projections, adding to the enchanting mystery and, obviously, vigor — no one was going to sleep.
The next day the guests turned to the history of the region and went on a specially organized educational trip to Bandol (near Marseille), where, among other things, they took a ride on the local canals on a pleasure boat.
On their return, everyone settled down by the pool with a barbecue, continuing the festivities.
The atmosphere was enhanced by the enthusiastic smiles of the guests, who took with them warm memories of those happy days and the union they had made, and some of them also took with them the bride’s bouquet thrown from the window of her tower.
